What breed

I purchased a chick from rural king. It was listed as a welsummer but I am not sure that is correct.

Hard to see it properly in that pic, but looks like puffy cheeks so I bet it's an EE...

What color are the legs? There are many breeds with this down marking as chicks (Welsummers included) and leg color is often one clue that can start to sort them out. What type of comb bud does this little one have? A Welsummer chick should show a single comb
