What Breed?

I got an assorted rare breed shipment from Meyers and there is one chicken that I am having a difficult time identifying. She is the light brown and white girl in the picture.

Yup, probably a Swedish Flower Hen. Such a pretty bird!

That’s a speckled Sussex. I think the Sussex was derived from the flower, but not sure.

Thanks! I thought she was a Speckled Sussex but was unsure after reading and looking at various Swedish Flower Hen description and pictures.

Sussex have white/pink legs and SFH have yellow legs, so yes that's a Speckled Sussex. Both are fantastic breeds!
