What breed?

Afternoon all! I have hatched these two chicks but i have NO idea what breed they are...i have a RIR cockerel, a Light Sussex Cockerel and a RIR cross Cuckoo Maran cockerel and then RIR ladies, Light sussex ladies and salmon faverolle ladies...any ideas?

That’s a hybrid between your Salmon Faverolle ladies and your Cuckoo Maran cross for your first. The 2nd has the same dad but possibly a different mother.

Well, the first one has feathered legs and a beard, so Salmon Faverolle mother. Appears to have a mostly black colour pattern, so RIR's out. I'd like to see the back of the chick, but I suspect the RIRxCuckoo Marans cockerel for the father.

2. Again, probably the Cuckoo Marans cockerel (does he have a head spot? It looks like he does) possibly with Light Sussex. Does he have feathered legs? From the white at the corner of his mouth, I'm inclined to say that an RIR was not the mother.

Them's both Cuckoo/RIRx SF, then. The white head spot means he'll be barred.
