What Breed?

This is my chick Penguin. She is a little over 3 weeks old. I would like to know what breed she is. I am thinking -

1. Blue Australorp
2. Sapphire Gem

Tractor Supply said she was a black sex link, but I'm not sure. She's basically blue!

Not a black sex link... What color are her foot bottoms? The other possibility is the cross called Sapphire Gem.
