What breed?

Good Morning! I was struck with chick fever this spring and picked up 3 lavender orpingtons, 1 GLW (sold as pullet), and 2 Blue Rocks (Blue Sex Links). I am confused by one of the Blue Rocks due to the feathered legs. You can still see the vestiges of the distinctive eye marks. The feet have a dark wash but almost look green in places, so I believe the skin is yellow. Any thoughts on what breed?

The feathered feet remind me of a Blue Cochin, but the body type is off. It may be a mix or they used unconventional breeds to get the sex link

Single comb, non-bearded, and feathered legs. All would be incorrect traits for Ameraucana.
