What breed?

Hi peeps! I got my eggs from a friend of a friend and have no idea what was in the mix.
I am trying to identify what breed the baby on Mama hen’s back is. I’ve tried googling it, but so many look the same. Any help would be appreciated!

Probably best giving it a couple weeks to mature and feather in for breed ID. At this point it’s impossible to know if it is even a breed, it could be a barnyard mix.

sumer hard to tell right now. could be an easter egger, welsummer, speckled sussex or 20 other breeds. did you ask your friend if she has any idea who the mom or dad are? if she’s not an actual breeder, chances are it’s a barnyard mix.
