What breed?

My husband and I got two ducks from someone who said they got them from cal ranch. They’re 3 months old, and we are trying to figure out what breed the drake is. The female were fairly certain is a welsh harlequin, which we’re very excited about, but we aren’t sure on the drake.
the previous owners said a mallard of some sort, but he’s HUGE. Towers over our other ducks. Any ideas?

I think they are welsh harlequin. Rouens are not white like that.
