Thanks for all the quick reply’s! So based off what everyone is saying possibly a Rhode Island Red (I was told that the mom was a Rhode Island Red) and Cochin mix.

I'd say black australorp and black cochin. I believe that if there was RIR in the mix there would be weird coloring.

Also yellow skin as both RIR and Cochins have yellow skin.

She's got a lot of cushion and no U, but we all know Langshans slouch the moment you point a phone/camera at them However, since Australorp is supposed to be in the mix, and she's got some seriously hairy legs, Cochin-lorp mix would make sense.

If so, you could have a broody lady on your hands, OP! She's super pretty. Gotta love a solid black hen.

Thanks everyone for your input. Like I said I am new to chickens so I am not quite versed in all the different breeds of chickens, and have a lot to learn still. So I will take any and all input on what these two black beauties could possibly be. Cochin mix of some sort definitely seems to be the consensus.
