I think it's just a poorly bred Cochin. Assuming mixed color due to the solid wings. It's also a pullet in case you didn't know. Depending on age that is.

Theres no way its a girl its comb and waddle is red its boy he started turning red a very young age

It's very small though and it's a single comb. I also see virtually no wattles.

It's female. Male cochin bantams in my experience start to get teeny little wattles when they're still fuzz heads.

theres no way this is a girl! The tail didnt grow like a pullets from my experience males grow feather on top near the armpit area

I'd put money on it being a girl. All birds develop at different rates. Age?
