What breed?

Hello everyone. I am needing a bit of help to identify what breed these two female chickens are. I got them about the middle of December, but since then they haven't seemed to grow one bit. I'm not sure if it's just the breed they are or is it something else? Thank you

Beautiful! They look like Project (means: coloration/purity of variety is a work in progess) Blue Laced White Wyandottes, or Project Lavender Laced White Wyandottes.

They are Wyandotte bantams and look full grown, so that's why they are not growing. They could be a part of a project where the breeder was intentionally trying to breed a new color variety, or they could just be a happy accident. Very pretty in either case.
