Probably Black Australorp, since it is black, has a single comb and clean legs, and has white-ish bottoms of the feet.

Thank you! I couldn't find anything with the white tips on their wing feathers.

That is common in chicks of any black breed. They usually lose the white tips during one of the chick molts, and have just black feathers at maturity.
