What breed?

Hello, I got these two out of a straight run bin and was told the little black one was a Khaki Campbell but I'm not so sure. It's always been black with no tan. It's smaller than the other one. They are 3 weeks so I know it may be hard to tell. Thank you!

cayuga maybe. but khaki campbell can definitely be all black, here's my boy who passed away as a baby and as an adult
