Sometimes a buff columbian an appear black & yellow.....but most colours are available in a number of breeds.
Your description needs to be more specific. Please describe what parts of the chicken are black & which parts yellow & we can probably tell you what colour of bird & the breeds in which it is available. A citroen pencilled, & citroen laced might also be considered black & yellow.
