We have some in question here. These are 10- 14 weeks old, depending on what breed they are(we got the breeds in different shipments, different dates).
This rooster I am hoping is white laced red cornish, but he doesn't really look it to me. We had bought an assortment from Ideal in early January, so he could be anything!

This is another view of him, with some buddies. He definitely rules the roost. He is a big boy, especially for being so young(pretty heavy, too)! We are wanting to use him to breed some meat birds. Also, any guesses about the roo next to him in this pic? He is pretty big, too.

Here is a better picture of the second roo:

This is one I am pretty sure is a cornish, pullet maybe?

I would appreciate any input on this, I am really curious which is the white laced red cornish, and what this big guy is.

Thanks a lot,
Carrie

Nope, they look like Sexlinks - And cockerels. Sexlinks will give nice reddish or orange colored pullets, and white cockerels with hints of red splashing. Cornish will have a different comb, no wattles, and a nice beefy "dinosaur" like look.

Thanks, that is surprising to me because this guy is heavy. If he is a sexlink then he is about 14 weeks old, and he would probably dress out about 2 1/2 lbs or so. He is a little heavier than some black broilers we just processed last weekend at ten weeks old. So the last picture even looks like a sexlink to you? I put another picture of the second roo in question, what does he look like? He is white with black markings. I am not sure how hefty he is, but he looks big. I guess we don't have any cornish, then, because none of them fit that description.

Thanks again,
Carrie
