What breed????

Welsummers are said to lay terracotta eggs. I have no idea where you can find Araucanas.

Terra Cotta eggs - Welsummer.

Araucanas in WA - Mine are 6 weeks old but not for sale. . . Yet.

Otherwise there are VERY few Araucana people in WA, but try contacting Ann from araucanasonline.net - She's in Bellingham and breeds very nice Araucanas, but usually just sells hatching eggs.

Thanks!! When will yours be for sale?? I really want one or two or three!! whatever I can get my hands on

Most likely I'll just have extra cockerels for sale (really good for olive eggers and such) but I will have hatching eggs, chicks, and started pullets available for sure later in the summer and next spring.

I may just have a pullet or two though, depending how things go.

She doesn't have any for sale now but someone also told me of Cree farms, have you heard of them? what do you think? I think they are located in Seabec?

Cree Farms have Ameraucanas.

And if you're looking for those, I too have them as well. They're a lot more easy to find, although tricky due to the Easter Egger thing.

For Araucanas, there's me, someone in Shelton (forgot his name) Ann, and. . . I think that's it but I'm not sure.

For Ameraucanas the list is pretty expansive in WA.

Try about 4 (?) hours, and a little over 100 miles.

- Don't worry though. I live far away from almost anyone in WA.

I have two Ameraucanas, maybe I am misinformed but I thought the araucanas layed different colored eggs than the Ameraucanas?? Am I wrong?
