What Breed?

I purchased this chicken at TSC as a Black Australorp, it is around 4 1/2 months old. It has not started crowing yet even though its brother (bought at the same time) has been crowing for about a month now, but I am 98% sure it is a Roo. Any help will be great!

What breed? I don't beleive it is a Black Australorp as all the ones I have seen are solid black no brown, any suggestions?
