what breed?

can you help me determine breed for this bantam about 3 weeks old

I'm guessing black bantam cochin.
or maybe blue ???
only because it looks like my chick does right now.

I would guess a mottled Cochin bantam. I'm seeing white spots on the feathers on the feet. Could be either black or blue (hard to tell from the pics).
