What breed is this rooster??

Does he have a pea comb? and are his ears white/green? they look that way in the picture, if they are than he is an EE.

He is indeed purebred, just not the best example of a Buff Brahma. Don't take it offensively though, it's just that hatchery birds don't always look like the breed they are should.
