The hen could be any number of white breeds. Not enough info in the picture. The tom is almost certainly a standard bronze. Merriam's turkeys do resemble St, Bronze in that they both have light tailbands and light tips on the tail coverts, but that would be much less likely that a st bronze. I assume the wings are barred? If the wings do not have barrs, it would be a black-winged bronze.
