What breed?

This is my 11 week old hen that I hatched myself. The man that I bought the Mom & Dad of this chick from told me both Mom & Dad are Rhode Island Reds. I was told today that this chick can not be a Rhode Island because of her speckles and her brown feet. The Mom look's just like this one. Can anyone tell me what breed this may be? I've been selling these chicks as Rhode Islands and feel like such a fool now. I have a few people I need to contact as I do not want to lie to my customers.

First, commend you for wanting to be honest. sorry at least one didnt hatch out what it was supposed to be.

With that red and the seller having RIR, a RIR cross would be a great guess. easier to guess the other half if you know what type of comb she as and find out what other breeds the seller has. for example if she has pea comb and the seller had EE or cornish, then it would have to be the other half.

if contact is not possible, wait until she lays an egg.. if green then she's half rir and EE.
