Maybe a Partridge Frizzle. Leaning towards pullet.

Looks kinda like its got gold lacing on it. Gold laced frizzle, just not sure of breed!

No. No feathers on the legs guys. Sorry that the picture is not showing the whole chick. I'm really curious about the breed of this beauty. It is the only one that hatched from five eggs that friend of a friend of a friend of mine gave me.
