I took in chickens & don't know what they are.

Can anyone help?

Well they're all roosters as far as I can tell. #3 Looks like a Gold sexlink.

most are roosters. Youve got some sex links and bunch of mixes really. lThe ittle blonde guy with the black wants to be a japanese but I think hes a mix too.
so here
1. rooster : red sex link
2. pullet: buff brahma
3. rooster: red sex link
4. pullet: mix looks like a rhode island red
5. Rooster: japanese mix and the one on the left looks a pullet but then again could be a roo: not sure what it is
6. not sure on those they look like pullets and possibly splash leghorns?

Im just guessing on most so I could be wrong.
which ones are crowing
or laying eggs?

Number three is definately crowing. He starts at 5 A.M.
and crows every 20 or 30 seconds. I have not heard other crows nor seen eggs.

Number 4 is a partridge something- I wouldn't say a mix. The gold pair are a hen & roo- look like Nankins. Cute!

2 is a Buff Brahma, but I think he's a rooster.

Pic #4 is a hen and the last pic is possibly some type leghorn hens but all the rest are roos.

The first & fourth ones are the only ones that looks female. Well, not absolutely sure on the last photo. The buff roo in the 3rd photo doesn't look quite like a brahma--maybe poor quality?

The other buffs (5th photo) are both males and not the same breed.

Does the Rooster in the 3rd picture have a poofy head? It looks like he does in the picture.
The one in the 2nd picture looks like a buff Brahma girl to me?

#1 could be a pic of one of my "mystery chicks" from TSC. There are a couple of us from here in VA that got them and have NO CLUE what they really are, either breed OR sex!
