What breeds are my chicks?

So I just made an account with this website. I've looked around a little bit and I see a lot of people asking about their chicks from the TSC bantam bin. I got four from there and three of them are what I am used to seeing bantams look like but one of them looks pretty different. It is dark brown and it has a much slimmer body than the rest of them, it has no feathers on its feet. Even though it is much smaller than the rest it seems to have more adults feathers. Can you tell me what breed it is?

Looks like an old English game bantam to me.

I would guess BBR Old English game bantam
