Hey y'all! Need some help figuring out the breeds of my new chicks. They are from rural king and are supposed to be sexed females though they are sometimes wrong about the gender. I don't mind if some are roosters. I was just trying to get some more egg layers. Only a few of the containers the chicks were in said what breeds they were so some of them I'm not sure on. I got 12 chicks total. 3 are Easter eggers but all the others were unlabeled. I believe the 2 with the blue heart on the pictures are polish. They both have tophats and have that polish look. They have some buff color on the wings so are they buff or buff laced? The 1 with the gold heart on the pics is a buff brahma I think? Has the feathered legs and is bigger than the other chicks. The one with the white heart Is also brahma I think? Maybe light brahma? Solid yellow no black on wings yet. The chicks with the black heart on the pics are the Easter eggers. The one with the pink heart is a smokey pearl I think? The chicks with the purple and green hearts on their pics have me clueless. What are they? Am I right about the other breeds? I want to know the breed and colors of what I have. I picked out the most unique chicks they had. ❤️ Hopefully I will have mostly/all girls. 🐣🐔

Blue = polish. Bearded Polish. There were some at my Rural King, too. Their hatcheries must have found a good source.

Gold = Probably a brahma. I'd check and look for a peacomb, though.

Purple = I am equally stumped. He's got a headspot, and dark down, so he should be some sort of barred chicken, but I see no barring. According to The Internet, that probably means he's recessive white with a black base. I see no purpose to having a recessive white chicken with barring, unless it's to sexlink--in which case, that birdie should be male.

Green = Likely a Delaware. They've been getting pretty popular recently.

Pink = You might be right. Could also be Austra Whites or California Whites. (I've had CWs and liked them lots, but I wouldn't really want to keep them with Polish).

White = Again, you're probably right. I'd check the comb, though.

Black look to be EEs, based on the beards, and the one with green feet.
