Hi what brees is this hen I got she five years old. Iam gussing buckeye or Rhode Island red what do u think? My nabor has sam kind she said hers is buckeye

The shape of it's body says Rhode island red. The color looks really dark though.. Could just be because of the picture.. I would say RIR

And this hen I got two years ago from a hen farm got four of them she told me what they are I for got

1. rhode island red. Buckeyes are similar but their combs look different.
2. golden comet, aka isa brown or red star, or red sexlink

I will guess RIR on the first bird and a red sex link on the second bird.
Red sex links are sold under many names like golden comet and cinnamon queen.

Hi she brown and black and I thought Rhode island reds are brighter like my other one I sent. How do u tell the differente between buckeye and dark brown rhode island reds? Cuz my nabor hen is same color but she told me hers r buckeye

No I dont think thats what the second one is that kind I think she told me it was rhode island red with leg horn
