When you hear hoofbeats think horses, not zebras.
While those are interesting guesses, these birds are not as identified above.
It's important to consider the whole bird with characteristics as leg color, comb type, build and plumage pattern. Campine, for example do not have the leg color by the pullet in the second photo. While the pattern is similar, the structure of the feather pattern is also different. There assure a couple of possibilities, the next few weeks will tell the tale on this one.
The bird in the first photo is not a fayoumi... agaign a few possible breeds but not enough can be seen to id her. You didn't ask for their id, so you likely know what they are.....and from what can be seen I'd say light Brahma (behind roo)based on pattern and what appear to be feathered shanks, but if you are corious now in her is a nice pic of her can clear things up once and for all.... and in front is, again not enough shown,(because you were showing the roo) but just whay can be seen likely a barred rock.
Now for the roo in question- what color legs does he have, are they clean or feathered sand can you get a pout in natural lighting outdoors is best, so we can see him a bit better?
