So my boyfriends sister got baby chickens from a pet city at the mall. She said the shop employees said the black barred ones are silver laced wyandottes. But they are not wyandottes. I think they are cuckoo maran or barred rock but more leaning towards a cuckoo maran as they are kind of dark to be a barred rocks. They have lightly to none feathered feet. The red ones were advertised as copper Marans. And then there is this little one that looks like a Cochin in my opinion but was said to be an olive egger...
The rest she got are Easter eggers and leghorns. Those were correctly labeled.

They are beautiful!

I agree, the top one does look like a Cuckoo Maran to me. The middle one could be a Copper Maran. The bottom one looks sort of like my Brahma, though is certainly could be a cochin as well. I don't think Olive Eggers have feathered feet, do they?

Best of luck with them!

They shouldn't be mixed breeds, unless Meyer hatchery/my pet chicken is known to send out mutt breeds besides the Easter eggers? The pet store order their birds from them. I agree the last little one does kinda look like a brahma. I told my boyfriends sister she should buy from a different seller as these birds were overpriced and I know these employees have no idea what they are selling. Lol.

Sorry, I don't see well enough to figure out the disjointed pictures, looks like a jigsaw puzzle and I never could fit them together.

The pictures aren't the best colorwise. I can't really tell what color legs they have. The first couple pictures look like a barred Rock chick. The legs look yellow in the pictures. The second set of pictures looks like a barred mixed breed. I can't tell what the third chick is. The last one looks like a dark Brahma cockerel, with those big patches of white on the shoulders.

My reasons for saying that is because, for example, the bird in the first set of pics appears to have the cuckoo pattern of a Cuckoo Marans rather than the cleaner barring of a Barred Rock, yet (unless it's a trick of the light) its legs appear to be yellow rather than the white legs of a Cuckoo Marans. The bird is the second set of pics does not look to me like a copper marans chick with all that gold down on the head, neck, and shoulders. It looks to me like an amalgamation of at least two breeds. The last bird is probably a hatchery quality Dark Brahma.

Was it necessary to leave such a sarcastic comment like that...? Wasn't a good way to be helpful... :hmm

To others -
I realize now they aren't great pictures, but I will try to post better ones tomorrow. That's if I still need help? :)
The first chick and the others like her have pinky/grey feet with black patches/spots.
After further research, I think they are silver cuckoo marans. The dark brown eggs would be great to have!
The red ones, still no idea. But they sure are pretty little things.
The last lil one I will go with brahma cockerel. I suspect he is a he due to the late feathering compared to the others and they are all the same age. And some points others made above.
I'm thinking he isn't the only possible boy though, but I'm ok with that. Looks like one of the red mystery chicks above is a boy too, along with one of the barred chickies.
I'm actually happy some might be boys, they'd be good to have when they all go out to the coop on the farm.
Thanks for the advice, normally I'm good with these things. But I've never had chickens like these before. ^_^

Evidently the yellow appearance of the legs was a trick of the artificial light which makes sense as the barring looked Cuckoo and not clean like Barred Rock barring.
