What breeds do I have? I think I know the genders...but feel free to correct me!

In February, we went to Rural King with our 4 year old daughter. She wanted a chicken. You can't buy "a" chicken. Ugh. You have to buy 6. She picks one or two from every bin of course, being that she is a true woman in training. Get them home; one dies. She's a 4 year old girl; we go to get "one" more to replace it. Followings me here? So now we have 11. ("1"6-1+"1"6=11...is this what you guys are talking about when you say chicken math?) Anyway...I have no clue what I have. I had some ideas, but some are confusing me.
