#1 looks like a Red Star (RSL) rooster.
#2 MIGHT be a Sultan. Maybe. Are there any thick feathers starting to stick right out out of the thigh area (hocks)? Sultans have vulture hocks and I can't tell by looking at the pics if the chick is starting to develop them. I also don't think I see a beard or muffs. Which Sultans also carry. My other guess would be a White Cochin.
