I have 4 chicks I got from TSC today and I have no idea what they are. If anyone knows that would be a great help. Thanks!!!

5 Im pretty sure this is a Leghorn

BTW: they all have single combs

1- black australorp- i have 2 in my brooder right now

2- partridge banty- i have 2 of these also

3- barred rock pullet

4- new hampshire or production red, hard to tell

5- i would agree white leghorn.

btw: they are all standerd size and the black one can not be a br cause it dont got a spot on its head and it doesnt look like ones ive hatched in the past

my BR's only had white on their chests, none on the heads.

Your black one looks like a couple black sex link chicks I had. And I do not think the first one is an Australorp... has too much white compared to the Aussies I've had. I'm not sure what it is exactly.

#1 Might be a Ancona not to sure but might be.. (I do know it isn't a Australorp. Way to much White and legs are wrong color, Lorps have Black legs.)
#2 Cochin
#3 Could be a Australorp, Orpington or Sex-Linked but not a Barred Rock (what color are the bottom of the feet?)
#4 Production Red
#5 Could be a Leghorn or a White Rock hard to tell at that angle...

2. I highley doubt this one has a SC, it is a Dark Brahma, I would think it has a pea comb.
3. BA, doesn't have as much white as usual so i could be wrong
