Yea a hen is more reliable.. Where do u get a hydrometer...i only hatched one chick out of two hatches.... Idk what i did wrong im using a lg with auto egg turner!

I bought the humidity gauge in the reptile section of a pet store. If I hatch more I will buy better thermometers and hydrometer. I would have to research which ones are best. I really feel lucky to have had both of them hatch with it being my first time! Too bad you didn't have more hatch. Hopefully it will be better next time.

Update on the chicks. This is a picture of the darker one. Sadly the light colored one disappeared a few days after it hatched.
