What bulbs to use in place of incadescent bulbs?

I have a question. We are just about out of incadescent bulbs for our heat lamps for chicks. The new bulbs they make don't put out heat. What are people using in their heat lamps for chicks?

I use incandescent bulbs myself....

I use the red 250 watt heat bulbs.

I use the 250w Red and it is working great. I do need to put a dimmer on it to control the heat better now that the chicks are getting older.
