What came out of my icemaker!!!

I was getting ice in a glass for tea and of course busy doing 3 other things, when I was totally grossed out and freaked out! A black banana came out of the ice dispenser! It looked like my fridge pooped in my glass! After I was finished skeeeevying, I laughed my head off!
