What can affect the taste of an egg?

Besides the obvious..onions, garlic...

I switched from Dumor layer crumbles to the purina layer crumbles. I noticed since they started laying again after a long molt, the eggs tatse slightly different..more egg-ish maybe??

Basically anything they eat can affect the taste of the eggs!

Even a change of feed? They aren't getting anything different than they have in the past 3 years???
