What can I add to my water with Ropa poultry?

I am adding ropa poultry complete to my water and I don't think my girls like the taste.
What if anything, can I add to the water that will get them to drink it that won't effect the efficacy?
Has anyone else had this issue? I think my girls are really picky!

I've never tried it, but maybe you could start with 1/2 strength until they get used to it, then slowly move to full strength?
