Hi there and welcome to BYC!
I cull deformities so they don't breed forward. To me that's the kind thing to do, for myself and them.
Identify the source of the clubbing instead of fixing it after it's here.
Poor genetics breed forward.
Could it be caused by nutritional deficiency in the hatching egg? What is the feed routine IF these are from your flock?
Poor incubation conditions like power outages ( or old eggs) can sometimes cause these type of effects.
Understand please that looking for clues is not pointing fingers that anything has been done wrong or intentionally. I'm here to offer help, according to my personal experiences and understanding.
Hatching analysis (cause of certain deformities/failures) starts on page 51 of the following link.. it is for chicken chicks so the exact day # may be off.. but I believe the information is still relevant and correlates respectively..

Can you post photos? My version of club foot is no toes, but some are calling curly toe paralysis club foot.. which can definitely be caused by a vitamin deficiency.
How many have hatched like this? How many hatched perfect?
