What can I do to help this hen?

I adopted this buff a few wks a go their rooster was mean to her n is getting better but still is red in some places what can I do for her

Poor thing!!!! I would give her some extra protein , and watch that she doesn't get sunburn. One of my hens has a bare spot and it gets sunburn. Some poultry vitamins would probably do her really well too. Check her for bugs, and I would probably worm her too.

i feed all my chickens layer feed, oystershell, and throw in clover and corn in there cage and sometimes tomatoes and watermelon. i will have to get vitamins and wormer should i do it for all of them, these are my first chickens, i had them when i was little?

With all that care and good food, she'll probably recover quickly!
