What can I do to revitalize this rooster?

Update for y'all. The rooster is actually doing better. His comb which was partly black is nice and red today! I have witnessed no hens pecking him or anything like that at all. He is feeling better too I can tell. I opened a new bag of feed to fill their feeder and even though I had given them a dozen scrambled eggs to eat he went after the feed like he hadn't eaten in a week. The hens were full and not interested. He did eat some egg from my hand too. I still have to deal with his feet . . . . So, still working on him, but he IS better!

It's hard to lose everything and start over. I highly respect your perseverance. Good luck..feed mite treatment
Maybe bag balm or something to soothe the skin.
