What Can I Do With Eggs I Don't Want?

Hello everyone! So I have ducks and I get about two dozen everyday, depending on the weather. I've already made a bunch of food and dessert with them and gave them away. I have way too many and nobody I know wants them. Would anyone have any suggestions for what to do with these eggs? I feel like I'm wasting them. When I have no uses, I usually just crack the eggs and give them to my dog and give the shells to My plants and my ducks for extra calcium. I would love to sell them as food but I don't want anyone to get sick or anything to go wrong or anything like that... I would also love to do hatching eggs but I'm not sure if the people I'm giving the eggs to are willing to take care of them for the rest of the life or if something might go wrong.... something might go wrong... any suggestions??? *These photos were taken a while ago so obviously my ducklings and baby goose aren't laying eggs*

If your eggs are laid in clean nest boxes there's no reason you can't sell them. You can store them at room temperature and then wipe them off if necessary when someone wants to buy a dozen. If you don't wipe or wash them before they can last several weeks safely at room temp.

feed them back to the ducks, they'll get a huge nutrients boost and really appreciate it! The eggs can be scrambled up, and fed back with the shell.
My plan is to feed all my eggs back to my girls

we don’t eat/sell/use the ducks eggs, we just scramble them up (with the shell still on) and feed them back to our ducks! they love them, we also give some to our cats

When I have too many to even sell, I give them to a friend who is an emergency foster parent and often has multiple kids to feed. And, there is a homeless shelter in a nearby town where I've dropped off excess eggs.

Is there a local food bank? I don't think any of them would turn down food right now.
I agree sell them with a warning about under cooked or raw eggs blah blah so the CYA

Scramble them up and freeze them for baking with later. You can use muffin tins to freeze them and then pop out and put in a baggy

I give my eggs away to my bosses, my vet, friends, neighbors, and family. I tidy them up with a dry paper towel, put them in the fridge and then offer them when I have enough. I even deliver for free!

I figure any egg someone eats from my pampered pets is one egg from a factory farm they aren't supporting.

I also give extras away and once a week I scramble a dozen and give them to my dogs and the flock.

I donated 47 dozen to the food bank last year. They were very happy to get them as few sources of protein are donated.
