I raised the legs on mine and built a 'bottom' floor. So now it is a duplex for my little bantams. I had some silkies living in the top and dutch bantams living in the bottom. I have also used it for younger chicks and ducklings. Here is a pic of it almost completed. In the center of the two cages, I put a slideout tray so I can clean it easier and nothing falls into the lower cage.
