What can I plant that chickens will leave alone?!

My hens free range in and around my garden. I put cages around plants they might eat, and little fences around others that they don't eat, so that they don't trample on or scratch them up. My chickens don't eat the plants of beans, peppers, tomatoes, okra, squashes, cucumbers, basil, onions, sweet potatoes....

I have a small garden off of my coop. My hens all free range. Is there ANYTHING I can plant that they won’t get in to? I’m wondering if a thorny plant would be keep them away? Or maybe I should just give up?
You can grow anything, just use metal stakes and chicken wire. My chickens never go in the enclosed areas. I grow almost all my own food and tons of greens for the chickens. Here is a pic of part of a section.

I have a nursery where I produce evergreens and my chickens weed the pots. So far chickens have not eaten evergreens other than to sample them. Sometimes I pull up a small freshly rooted tree or dust bathe in a pot and crush a plant, but for the most part they leave 99% of the plants alone and eat the weeds.
