What can I put on bare spots?

My Brahma has a bare spot on her back and it looks like maybe under her wing. Neither spots are red or irritated, but I'd like to protect them (and her) while new feathers grow in. Is there anything around the house I can use or do I need to go purchase something?

I wouldn't think so; they are only 10-11 weeks old. I assume it was due to overcrowding as they stayed in the brooder a few weeks longer than I would've liked.

Oh okay, I had some chicks with bare spots and the feathers filled in well as they matured. Since the skin is not red, maybe just the extra space over time will be enough. We will see what others suggest.

Thank you! Yeah, I haven't been doing anything to it and when her wings are back, the spot is pretty well covered. I just don't want it to get irritated or picked at.
