What caused it? Weak Poults that hatch early and can't stand up?

Does anyone have any idea why I had 2 poults hatch out, one three dyas early and one two days early?
Neither one could stand up and lay on their backs most of the time when they weren't flopping around.
They never did learn to eat or drink. Sadly to say, they didn't make it.
These were White Hollands. I had the same thing happen last year with a Royal Palm.
I use a havabator with an egg turner. It was kept at 100 degrees.
Any ideas or suggestions?

We keep the temp at 99.5 and so far all batches of turkey poults have been hatching on time (day 28). It might be a little too warm in your incubator is the only thing I can think of for early hatches.

3 of my Royal palms that hatched this year did that. They would just stay on their back and kick until they eventually died. I stop turning mine on day 25 and they usually hatch on day 26 or day 27. I have found out what causes this: I wast taking them out of the incubator and putting them in the brooder to early. I was transferring them about 2-5 hours after they hatched. When I let them stay in the incubator about 16-24 hours after they hatch and I haven't had the problem again.

Hope this helps!
