What caused this injury? Is this fighting?

Can anyone tell me what caused this injury? The hen seems quite spunky and in good health so my first thought was either the rooster or there's been some fighting. My chickens are spoiled rotten so I am not sure why they would be pecking at each other so bad. There is one other hen starting to show the same injury. Advice, please.

could be molting or the roo over riding the hen. or you have a feather picker

After speaking to some folks locally, I believe the rooster started it with his spurs, but then the other hens started pecking at it. My solution was to buy some wound spray and add oregano oil to it before spraying it on the hen. I guess we'll see how this works.
