What characteristics do you find in 3 week old (or close to) roosters and hens?

I understand that sexing baby chickens is EXTREMELY hard and most of the time it is just an educated guess, but im just wondering is there anyone out there that has learnt how to tell the difference between a Rooster and Hen by their characteristics?

At three weeks, there really isn't much personality differences. Around 8-18 weeks, roos will get more feisty and bold.
