what chicken breed do you suggest?

Oh yeah summer in the area where I live are hard so that will be a problem.I have in my mind ISA because they are common in the area which I live so the finding will not be that hard as Orpington.

Especially since you have Australorps, I'd steer clear of ISA browns. The very few Australorps I've had over the years (2) were quite miserable in my ISA brown pens. These birds are seriously intense with other breeds, and even their own


I know you mentioned you didn't love the buff colour, but check out Farma Pateras, if you haven't already. My experience hasn't been too bad
