What about ordering some? I have heard the ones from most hatcheries tend to only get 6-7 pounds. the ones I got from mt healthy are well over 8 pounds, probably closer to 9 as the last time I weighted them they were 8 pounds at 5 or 5 1/2 months old and not are 7 months oldOoh I wanted those but they were never at my tsc![]()

I think I might get silkies. We used to have some and we loved them!Silkies are exceptionally broody and exotic(in my opinion) just make sure they have good ventilation in the summer time, they tend to overheat since they stay in the coop.
