What chicks did you start out with?

What chick breeds did everybody start out with? Here in NJ we have to buy a minimum of 6 (though if we shop there again we can buy less) and because of that I now have 23 chicks....and I only intended on keeping maybe 8 max LOL!

Here's what I currently have, all are pullets except for one of the ameraucanas:
6 Ameraucana mutts
4 Cuckoo Marans (feather legged)
2 RIR
1 Delaware
3 Gold Laced Wyandottes
3 Silver Laced Wyandottes
2 Barred Plymouth Rocks
2 Buff Orpington

I have to eventually sell or give away about half of them!!!

I started with 10 RIRs.
I got them from a lady who had ordered 300 for a feed store.
Then the feed store canceled their chick day on her, and she was stuck. I wanted dual purpose birds, so I was pleased with that find.

Then last week I fell hook line and sinker for 6 Buff orpingtons.

This is our 1st time with chicks...
We have 32. 26 Buff Orpington, 3 RIR'S and 3 assorted Bantams. They are 3 weeks old today, we got them with they where 3 days old.
