Click on index,go under frequently asked questions, there will be a list of questions and answers. You will find yours . They will show you step by step.
This is how I was able to do it. Make sure you know where pictures are on your computer though.

I think this site needs the pics to be in a image hosted site such as them, and them have to be in a html style code. That's how I do mine at least
