Wow thank you Yoda for the link it was awesome just to look at and read. Wulrep looks like you have quite a beauty there. I sure hope you can find an Indo-chinese Green Peacock to go with her. Please keep us posted down the line and let us enjoy some more of those pictures. Also tell us what you learn about them. I'm not getting any ideas for here, but this is interesting. Looks like you won the lottery with her, knowing she is laying might be worth spending some dollars on a green male for her. Especially if they are rare in captivity.
Maybe Im missing something here. But I just see too much fading in the head cloloring in both to be true greens of any subspecies. And the legs and stance look way too short than any true greens. Just my opinion from those two pics .Please post some more of close up head shots and also kneel down if you get a chance. More pics always are good and help make that 100% callLOL!
. Maybe resolution or someone that makes it a habit of studies these can give the proof positive. Either way good luck with em. With good care 20 years or more in captivity.
Neither of those are pure Green, both are Spalding hens and whatever you breed to them, they are going to produce Spalding chcks.
Albino turkey? Looks suspiciously similar to a Bourbon Red.
you can breed her with an IB, so no reason why you cant. and i would have sworn that the 2nd pic was a male as well. guess you cant win all huh, lol. very pretty birds though.
